 1) How can I order from Glroy Science?
We have distributors all over the world and please contact with us via the email for the details.

2) What payment term do you accept?
We only accept bank transfer at the moment.

3) How long will it take to receive my order? 
To insure the kits are fresh, 

we would prepare for your order after the confirmation of the payment and it will take

 about 3-5 working days before the shipment.

4) Could I get a free sample?
Sorry, as life science products for research are of high cost, we do not offer free samples for the customers at the moment.

5) If I can’t find the sample type I want to test, does it mean the ELISA Kit is not suitable for my sample?

The sample in the data sheet has been tested by our tech.  

If your sample type is not included, you may need to do some pretest with your sample before the experiment 

 and we can provide the method of prepare the sample.

6) Can I get the information of the resource of the antibody in the kit?

We are sorry that such kind of information is confidential.

7) Can you guarantee that the kit will work for me?

There is no guarantee that the kit will work for your application. 

There are many factors that influence the result of the test. 

But any problems occurred please contact with us and we will try to solve the problems.

8) How should I store the kit and what is the expiry date?

The expiry date is 6 months, and please read the manual carefully and store the kits accordingly.
